A Note to EDMC Employees Regarding Non-Retaliation
All EDMC employees should feel safe reporting a concern. EDMC strictly prohibits retaliation against someone for making an honest report. Retaliation includes any negative action directed toward a person for making a report, such as firing, demoting, harassing, or giving a negative performance review. If an employee feels that he or she has been retaliated against for making a report, the employee should report the situation immediately.
