Senior Director of Admissions
A Senior Director of Admissions is part marketing executive, part student recruiter, and part manager. But most of all, he or she is the leader of a team that turns qualified applicants into students—and students into professionals.
The Senior Director of Admissions manages all admissions staff, including office managers, enrollment coordinators and a team of directors; collaborates with other senior leaders; and reports directly to the Campus President.
Key Qualifications
- Five to seven years of related experience
- Related background such as managing a sales team
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead
- Ability to be flexible, responsive, adaptive, and show initiative in times of change
- Ability to work with a broad range of people both inside the school and in the community
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Technically proficient, including the ability to learn and utilize the EDMC inquiry and application system and report features
- Dedication to the core mission of EDMC: student success
