Director of Admissions
A Director of Admissions plays a key role in marketing, budgeting and support activities, and is responsible for his or her team’s performance in achieving new-student and start-rate plans.
You’ll report to the Senior Director of Admissions and assist in establishing and forecasting plans and class outcomes, oversee the hiring of admissions staff, and be responsible for conversions of inquiry to applicant and applicant to new student.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in business or related field
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively as leader or team member and collaborate with other departments
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
